Everyone Hates the Kenna Sai Boss

Lately, my boss has been back to his eccentric irritating self again, just in 2 months, he has either sacked or directly (look, i don't say indirectly) forced more than 10 of my ex colleagues to resign.

Now, even his china compatriots has complained about him and is questioning about their future. Even the usual cool hanwen has blown his top over him. That china man's ex-wife hate him, his ex-managers and ex-staff hate him,the shops in sim lim hate him,our customers hate him and everyone including me hates him.

Why does everyone hate him?

1. Fucked up attitude.
- This Pink-IC foreigner doesn't know what's customer service, every customer that comes to his shop to request for help for their faulty printers will get screwed by him. Even old uncles and aunties are not sparred. I mean to do business in Singapore, customer service means a lot. Does it hurt to hear your customer complain to you?

2. He says he's old and he can't change his behaviour.
- Come on, he's only 40 plus and he is saying that he can't change? Doesn't he knows that his behaviour is very negative? People change to become better, not worse.

3. He makes use of people's abilities CHEAPLY and dump them in the dustbin when not in use.
- He has done it a lot of times, i have experienced it before too. He initially employed me as a web designer, and after 3 months once the website was completed, he sent me to the sales floor and i suffered a paycut although was led by him saying that I will have commission to balance up. The graphic designer from china had a pay of $5 an hour, 7hrs a day and have to design all the posters for him, load heavy goods to the exhibition and when he doesn't need him anymore, he sacked him.

4. He is a lecher. Heard and seen.
- I heard from my ex-colleague that there was once he touched a gal's backside and was beaten up by a group of Samaritans from nearby shops. I once caught him glancing with his eyeballs almost ripped open at the pair of legs of the female part-timer last exhibition. The lady was wearing a mini skirt and he was salivating and lusting for her. He kept asking her to join our company and promise to give her $3000.

5. He is too 小心眼，斤斤計叫。
- He gave us meal allowances of $4 and yet he doesn't allow the staff on lvl 5 to buy lunch from the foodcourt below. He says they take up too much time and if they want to buy lunch from downstairs, he will deduct their allowances but they can only go for half and hour. What the f$ck? I mean to buy food from the basement foodcourt is just less than a time to shit anyway lor. U mean they can't even shit for 15mins?
I once quarreled with him and told him off that if you want to be a boss, you cannot 斤斤計叫 with your staff. For your staff never did that to you.

In a month time, the shop at the ground floor will be closed due to end of lease, and I will be transferred upstairs to work with him. I dunno how long can I take it. I guess I will tell him off if he ever dare to use his china-fucked-up attitude to talk to me while I am talking to my customers. Then, I will join the legion of unhappy ex-colleagues and continue to curse him everyday.
